There are two points being repeated over and over in this thread, so loudly that eventually people will start believing their own propaganda. I'll address both of them.

1. The idea that Fear has been farming all era and then somehow got lucky.

If you take a look at Fears setup you will see 40% halfers, 40% dwarves and 20% late era races. As you probably know, the different races in VU are strong at different points of an era. Halfers economic bonuses makes them almost invincible early-mid era, dwarves bonuses kick in around mid era. Humans, elves are weak early era but very strong late era.

Fear used the different races when they were at their strongest, while planning for a whole era of warfare on all fronts. No one in their right mind will send out elves to fight using riders early era, for example. If you send up humans and elves against early era halfers, naturally you will get slaughtered.

2. The idea that TBL is a flamer and doesnt know how to play the game or run a kingdom.

This thread is basically full of equally skilled flamers. Dont put yourself down guys, youre just as good as tbl at flaming! The difference here is that TBL actually backs up his flames in game.. and as point 1. showed.. his strategic skillz has already killed a fair few of those arguing against him.

Learn from him instead.

You do realise.. you outnumbered Fate OOP, and you could've done the same 40% farm up. Yet DoA somehow failed to grow brains in all those era's. I was expecting huge farmed up armies from DoA.. now i'll probably hear DoA cry about farmed up armies from Faer. (yes the banner makes it look like it says Faer)

My old boss in law always told me that one can judge the quality of one's opponent by the strength and substance of his writing. And I have always said that it is quite clear that Wilberforce and co. are going nowhere in life due to the piss poor mental thought they put into their writing. Wilberforce especially - guy is going to be a write off in life the way he is going now.

Now, back to these bunch of scumbags and crap known as DOA / Lulz:

1. Half of DOA and most of Lulz farmed. Oh wait...... these clowns thought only Fear farmed?

2. DOA are clearly initiating a feeding scheme right now. I wonder how much plunder Raistlin (the usually pecker culprit) has gotten so far from his old kingdom' dwarves :)

3. Mass-napping DOA / Lulz claims Fear and Fate mass-nap? ROTFLMAO! That's an 80 man kingdom right there..... especially when the DOA half had 44 players (and several multies) in it :)

Crisscross, there is an easy and a difficult answer to your question "why did the DOA/Fear front go like it did".

You say Fear had stronger armies because of more time for farming. But like Vencrow mentioned.. DOA sealed Fates.. erm.. fate in about 2 days and only a few out of DOAs 44 players were involved there. After that, there was a lot of farming done by DOA in the south.. and many of those farmers never actually came out to play later.

Fear didnt have stronger armies than DOA. The simple answer is:

During the whole war, DOA never attacked a Fear army more than once. It was always Fear attacking first, and you know what happens in halfer vs halfer battles when someone attacks first.

You cant really complain when your kingdoms attackers never attacked.

Oh, and to explain the halfling situation...we were prepped to war music north of us, where our halfling core was.  That is where the oop armories were built.  We then NAP music right before protection ended I believe.  We didnt nap fate until protection had been over for a while and the writing was on the wall concerning the fate/doa oop war.  When relations changed, the halflings already had some scouts down south, but no cities to draw peasants from.  So yeah, things are slow when you are a halfling and have to not only build a late second armory in the south (meaning no time to build up peasants), but you also have no production cities within 2 days march to draw peasants from.

I can't believe some of the smarter doa guys didn't figure this one out on their own.  I mean, I know wilber wouldn't have figured it out, but if he asks nicely I may even consider getting out the crayons to make a diagram for him.

You are defenitly right Rox, there were not soo much players involved fighting Fate and those few did fine there (especially Evans). A few cleaned core against BF and Police at that time and the others, yeah I also hoped they would farm and show up.

But the big disapointment, reason why Raist went crazy (again ??) and you also never had to face them is, they never showed up, they were just inactive, more a burden then any use for the kingdom.

So it's funny reading the acusings from TBL about farming feeding and so on. I am sure in your point of view it must have look like that so can't blame you doing this (not when you know Raist better then me ^^).
But in this situation it is nothing more then a personal revange on those inactive guys who did nothing but farm all era in safety and went inactive when kingdom needed them most...
Ofc this was all as planned from leadership as the way to get rid of two of our few active and usefull  players who are pissed about Raists doing here...maybe...

I could tell and explain a lot and the most pitty thing might be, I am the only one here (from DOA) who has a complete overview, but I don't wanna let come internal affairs out here.

So lets end this chatting here and go playing again. Era will last more days and I am still able to kill some of your troops hehe. So let's play.

We have plenty of our own inactives. We have people who don't their weight for the kingdom. They just log in once a day and do their own thing. We have some guys who have gone on long holidays, a couple who are already gone till the end of the era. Do we pull stunts and feed on them? Well, no. Don't know whether we ever will. But every time we see clowns from DOA pulling the stunts they do, you DOA guys wonder why the hell we (or I) get so angry and come here and complain.

You guys claim to play clean and fair. Yet, era after era, the same bunch of clowns (especially Raistlin) pull the same bunch of tricks and are covered for and defended by the same bunch of idiots (Quiet One, Wilberforce, etc.).

Last era, you guys had Raistlin townswapping and playing a farming / feeding scheme to try to get the era win. Last era, you guys had a huge mass NAP program going on on Fantasia. You guys bitch to high heaven when Fate and Fear NAP even when both were fighting on multiple fronts and were heavily outnumbered. This era, you guys balloon yourselves up to 45 members. You guys have an almost 90 player relation going on fighting both us and Fate. And if that wasn't enough, you allow an idiots like Raistlin to join a NAPped kingdom and feed on your own inactives. Without taking any action against him for doing so. If this doesn't scream blatant feeding / townswapping, then you can kiss my damn ass.

You DOA guys claim to play clean. Quiet One yaps era after era like a little chihuahua that the DB / JUICY / DOA kingdoms play clean and fair, and she is supported by many of her lack-of-a-sex-life, mindless supporters. My only reply to this insane assertion of hers (and yours) is a straight up "Fuck you" and a one middle finger salute (finger). Now you guys know why I like to kill you every era I meet you on the battlefield. Because you spout rubbish. Because you act like rubbish. Because, in essence, you probably ARE rubbish.
