Overcome has said-
1-the nap has no terms so its ok to kill the armies of the nap partner
2-the army he killed was prepping on a city even though the same army had messaged the blocker controller and was in contact with him.
3-Its ok to kill a nap partners army without warning as long as you are doing it defensively.
4-Its ok to kill a nap partners army as long as you think he is going to drop tags and change teams. (but you dont need proof)

Ryan has said
1- a nap is a nap, and there are basic terms NON AGGRESSION PACT seems pretty clear to me.
2- when you break naps you send comp period. not a week later.
3-saying you were mad at a nap doesnt give you the right to break it.
4-saying it was a defensive move doesnt make it ok to break it.
5-saying the person was going to leave his kingdom doesnt make it ok to break it.
6-messaging the leader doesnt make it ok to break it.
7-once its been broken and compensation is denied then the nap is broken it doesnt matter if it was a no term nap, an end of the era nap, a I banged your girlfriend nap, none of that matters, this nap was broken by rebirth PERIOD.

No, we established the Dark NAP Breach based on the terms even if those terms were "looser" then the written one Dark negotiated. When at war all blockers are closed and you remain neutral. You don't open them because of whiners and you don't raze the walls. YES it is NAP breach. Location isn't a factor. And you know darn well that when Overcome said there were no terms he said that because he couldn't locate the actual agreement with all the PMs he has.

about the "compensation" we were forced to go in force and TAKE the cities back, Overcome puts his spin on it that they gave the cities back but thats not true ,we took them. what THEY did was raze them, so how exactly was that giving comp? so your 100% sure was based on untruths. go back and read where overcome stated " yes we razed them because we made a deal with vapour not to give them back" so no they did not give comp.

OK, now don't hit me for being an asshat ... but you didn't say you wanted them back in pristine condition. :p I'll go back and read and see if it was Overcome or Vapor who razed them.

as for the 3k, im not warring over the 3 k im warring over the fact that they refused comp, then allowed another group to take cities that belonged to us and then razed them. they have been dishonourable since the first breach.

OK, my bad. But I do know Nola and Overcome were discussing comp and you did not allow them to finish that discussion. Every time when I read what you post it seems like the breach happened for you when your army got killed and for Kevin when he lost those cities and for Vapor the NAP breach by Dark. Care to post a timeline of events in chronological order?

Ok heres a timeline

we let rebirth settle just north of our core, I send a scout up to build a mine vapour camps on it to prevent me from building rather than killing his scout after warning him several times I ask their leader to do something, his leader decides to have vapour and someone else build on each side of my scout and sends me an inuslting message. I respond that I will leave the scout there until my new scout reaches a place for me to set up a new city, this is more than fair as frankly they stole the spot form me by being dinks even though I could have killed the scout and settled I RESPECTED OUR NAP.

Overcome messages Nola and tells her to tell us to open a blocker, we do and Vapour messages Lara and freaks out about it.

Lara leave a blocker open THAT HAS NO WALLS BECAUSE WE DONT NEED IT AS A BLOCKER and gets nasty message from Vapour. (we dont build a blocker for rebirth we build cities for us)

Vapour starts trying to build on top of laras city, she finally razes it and we leave so that rebirth can build a blocker there (THIS IS WHAT CAUSED THE TROUBLE AS WHEN I TRIED TO USE THIS BLOCKER OVERCOME KILLED MY ARMY)

Lara razes walls at crackley woods because the "blocker" is on the far side of the world well away from rebiorth and beside mayhems core. it doesnt lead anywhere and tbh they have a more direct route anyway.

Vapour and ben drop tags and rebirth naps them

Ryan sends an army to help as they have already taken a blocker as we trusted rebirth, while waiting for it to open while at work Overcome kills it with the excuse that it was prepping and that i was dropping tags.

Vapour takes 3 dark cities then turns them over to rebirth UNRAZED, in return Rebirth takes herebedark a blocker that sits between us and Graves small core (you know because you directly benefitted from us holding to the nap because fate took their cities before we could as we WOULDNT BREAK THE NAP.)

after waiting a week for comp that obviously wasnt going to come I decided to take the 3 cities back as comp even though an honourable Nap would have given them back, when lara and i retook them they were razed. and then Overcome tried to spin it that they gave them back when we took them.
you can argue semnatics but giveing back a razed city as comp is not honouring the nap, if it is to you remind me not to ever nap you despite us being friends. thinking it was settled I sent my naz army down to deal with mad.

during this period Overcome was harrassing Nola to boot me , Kevin who lost over 2 mil income in the betrayal decided to take another city back, while being harrassed Nola asked me if i wnated to take over as leader, we spoke about it as vices and decided I would. Overcome sent me yet another insulting message and i had had enough.

Overcome continued to send me insulting messages and tell outright lies on the forum, I warned him that due to his dishonourable actions on a number of occasions I considered our nap broken.

The dink scout pissing contest over where to build cities is just silly and doesn't breach any NAPs. But why did you need to build a city there when you knew they were resettling and making a new core?

So, first issue is really the blockers. A Dark Vice admitted fault even if you don't want to acknowledge it.

Second issue is two members of Rebirth detagging and picking up new tags because they disagreed with their leader- technically not a Rebirth issue. Rebirth can hardly take the Dark approach and kill them when they tagged up so quickly.

Third issue. Rebirth never asked you for help in resolving the issue. You were refused access through a blocker because an enemy army was also approaching and you failed to leave in what they considered to be an adequate timeframe so they killed your army.

Fourth issue. Thomas just said Vapor razed those cities except for 1. Overcome told you that the Rebirth player who took the blocker did so without his knowledge. So 2 cities are an issue. Will Nola being ill and Dark/Rebirth Vices not being cooperative then it's not surprising comp negotiations had not been completed in a timely fashion.

Irrelevant to the topic- If I argue semantics with you it is because you are doing so in every post you write..... this is our public asshat conversation :)

Fifth issue - incendiary posts and PMs from both sides.

wow, its much easier to not listen to anyone but themself. i just had to try the Prised style one time. to bad not much good comes out of it.

what Prised do here is just say whatever he wants, like he is talking to a crowd. he dont pay attention to what i say, and does not answar to my replays. i have tried to make this a debate, but Prised wanted to preach. and as long as this crap continues, there will never be a solution to this problem.

im tired of this crap, and i know it will mostly be forgatten when Prised drags his sorry ass out of the game and the next era beginns. so i wont bother with this anymore.

i have spend a whole lot of time containing my vice staff from going to war with you guys. they are pissed cause of all the trouble we have had with Dark members this era and to get over the fact that you guys choose to NAP Mayhem and aint doing any fighting on Zeta.

even when Frank from Mayhem proposed to NAP eatchother and together war Dark, i sticked with Dark.

and i have warned Dark several times, first that im having problem containing my members from attacking, then i sendt a warning about 2 of our players leaving because they could not take that i didnt allow them to fight you guys.

From the start of the era we knew we hated Dark... so we went to Fant to have Ret and Fate beat the heck out of us so we could move to Zeta to start our real plan of fighting Dark... now obviously we could not just war them right away... we had this plan where we'd be friends with them and get a NAP with no terms... then we would force 2 of our members to leave our KD and go attack Dark just to tick them off..then after we return their cities we fight with the rest of our members rather than all at once when you weren't expecting it.

I was there that morning when Nola told me, we had no room in our core and i had a rousing 3 cities (i know ben says I am a farmer but you can check with Nola) I was short gold when vapour came and camped on me, I told him i was building a mine blocker and he started being belligerent but that was the beginning of our trouble.

So, first issue is really the blockers. A Dark Vice admitted fault even if you don't want to acknowledge it.

I did acknowledge it, I alos said that its pretty ridiculous to whine about a blocker that is 25 ticks away, ffs build your own blockers thats what dark does.

Second issue is two members of Rebirth detagging and picking up new tags because they disagreed with their leader- technically not a Rebirth issue. Rebirth can hardly take the Dark approach and kill them when they tagged up so quickly.

Umm why the hell not? its called being honourable, when you know damn well your nap is defenceless , at issue here would also be what he posted " I guarentee there will be no war" LMAO no there was no war there was backstabbing.

Third issue. Rebirth never asked you for help in resolving the issue. You were refused access through a blocker because an enemy army was also approaching and you failed to leave in what they considered to be an adequate timeframe so they killed your army.

I wasnt going to resolve their issue at the time there were 2 ENEMIES razing our core, going through the blocker takes half the time than gouing around, at the time I wasnt aware that they had backstabbed us by napping them and then using that nap to prevent me from reinforcing our core in a timely manner (to me that alone was reason for a war) they knew what napping those two would mean and they did it anyway.

Fourth issue. Thomas just said Vapor razed those cities except for 1. Overcome told you that the Rebirth player who took the blocker did so without his knowledge. So 2 cities are an issue. Will Nola being ill and Dark/Rebirth Vices not being cooperative then it's not surprising comp negotiations had not been completed in a timely fashion.

Nope thats bull*beep* Jules we did an eits on the two cities LA and kata both were handed over intact. I even made a post about it because they handed them over so that we couldnt come and take them back. Nola left myself and adam in charge part of what was pissing off was Overcome whining about only dealing with Nola, as for timely a week is far too long in a game like this.

Im glad that some rebirth players are posting, its interesting that the stories dont match.

Icecream, If we hadnt had people lose massive amounts of income I would have been more inclined towards a peaceful solution, ask Don kihota, he was trying to find a peaceful solution.I even said if the merge backed off we would withdraw from your core and they did not but I still send one 20k nazz army to a blocker rather than continue razing your core. and Overcome is posting on here but not answering his Vices messages lol.

Jules the biggest break of the nap to me was the killing of a napped army, however to anyone with a brain the napping of the two asshats was worse, they not only didnt warn us (so far we have heard they warned us 24, 10 and 9 when the truth was 5 hours prior) but they then did a city exchange to prevent us form taking those cities back.

They can say that Red took the blocker without their consent but then why did they not simply give it back to us? No they harboured those 2 *beep*s after they walked through our core. whats funny is that they took 5 cities between the 2 of them in our core, and a couple that were outside it, I took 10 by myself, and my team took 6 more, so in the future perhaps Overcome will think twice before backstabbing someone.

either way this is a war game, if they come to us with a peace proposal then i would consider it but tbh im perfectly content to keep razing cities.
