Do not let a game make you stressed in life, take a step back from leadership if that makes you feel better. Its sometimes much more fun to follow orders from someone competent and that way you stress way less. Even if you lose, its just part of the game. I understand what you're going though, I spent majority of my childhood in war, my family escaped in last moments from a place that is known for most major genocide in modern history. While running thought the cold forest as a child with my family I actually froze and was clinically dead for few moments until they brought me back.
