About 3 days ago, Cullwhch demanded a blocker be opened so he could defend his city from PHI. To do this, he brought up a term in our NAP which said we were not allowed to build blockers between Dark and their enemies.

We hadn't built the blocker for that particular reason, but we built it to keep BoW+Rebirth out, though Cullwhch kept on moaning, so I ordered it to be opened, resulting in Kobuskan's army being smacked.

About an hour later, I received a message from Kobuskan that it was a NAP breach to open blockers for an enemy of PHI. Which I knew, but whatever decision I made, it would have been a NAP breach. Kobaskan however, decided to let it go.

Yesterday, Kobuskan demanded a blocker be opened, and brought up the exact same term, Cullwhch used earlier. Since I opened it last time for Cullwhich, I could impossibly neglect this request for the exact same thing from Kobuskan, so I agreed, so you guys were even, and I told both of you no more blockers would be opened.

This was an unsolvable situation without breaking a single NAP. So to make it fair I broke both of them. PHI did not make an issue out of it, but you did.

The first time, I admit, was our fault, well, Revenge's fault, but meh...

But this was truly unsolvable. That you don't care about PHI's NAP with us is your problem, we do. And PHI did show respect when we laid the situation in front of them when we had to open the blocker for Cullwhch the first time, I guess you do not.
We built that blocker to defend from BoW+Rebirth, not to block you off. We opened for Cullwhch when he DEMANDED it to be opened. Now we open it for the exact same term in the NAP with PHI for Kobuskan, and you declare war.

well, considering dark have been agressively attacked all era and their cities are pretty much cornered by these attackers, i can't actually see how this war declaration would benefit them. So I would disagree they have done this for free cities and that it is more about honour.

that may be foolhardy given their current situation and its a shame it couldn't be resolved amicably but  breaches are breaches and you have to respect them for that.

I killed one scout.  Not interested in getting free cities but in pointing out PHI challanged us and claimed they would fight Ryan & Palpy and all who NAP them.  The arguement that PHI forced Domination to open makes me want to kill PHI more.  Guys in my kingdom complain about Dom's breech then I say don't worry but it happens again so I jsut don't want t olook bad to my followers again.

The whole era I was telling them not to attack Ravage we were friends and to be made to eat my words again just pisses me off.  Actually what the heck we may as well fight rebirth and LH's too.  we aren't choosy.

All Dark members feel free to post your opinion even if it conflicts with mine.

The bottom line is very simple, we stay out of peoples relations with other kingdoms, you wont see us saying we declare war on anyone napped with Phi, but you also wont see us say "hey you broke a nap with someone else so its ok to break ours."

Your entire point is moot, one thing in our nap that is very clear is that each nap partner cannot block a nap partner from their own ciities by placing a new city. so the city that blocks Cullwych even having walls is a breach, Phi cant use that against you because its not even supposed to have walls, so them DEMANDING that another blocker be opened because of it should have resulted in you telling them to pound sand for 3 reasons.

1- They are not your boss so demanding anything is lame unless its a true nap breach not a manufactured one. if anything you should have contacted us immediately, what you did instead was underhanded.

2- it has nothing to do with our relations as a matter of fact I would have given you permission to build that city in clear breach of the nap HAD I EVEN BEEN ASKED, on the condition that it be opened for us as required or that you trade a city so we could avoid it entirely.  We are always reasonable with allies.

3- Phi stated very clearly that ANY  kingdom napping Us would be attacked anyway, now we all know Phi is full of it and really only meant to scare and bully smaller alliances but the fact remains it was stated very clearly.

Its not even remotely hypocritical Pirate and its obvious to anyone not trying to justify a breach.

2-  of course I dont expect you to contact us before building every blocker, that was a ridiculous statement menat to make us sound unreasonable, I do however fully expect that when breaching a nap you would contact us.

3-if you had bothered to contact Dark leadership before breaching the nap we may have been more open to negotiation but seriously the manner in which you breached the nap was underhanded and now its all about justifying so you don't have to pay compensation. and making it look less dishonourable. I can honestly say I have not one single message either warning us that you were going to breach or letting us know that " hey im letting a huge enemy army through because they DEMANDED that I do so."

things Dark is responsible for

- NOT breaking agreements with any of our allies

-ensuring that our members dont break agreements even inadvertantly

-if an agreement is broken then compensating the aggrieved ally quickly and fairly.

Things Dark is NOT responsible for

-our allies breaking agreements with our enemies.

-ensuring that people outside our kingdom keep their word

-making sure that if an ally breaches a nap with an enemy that we allow the same ally to breach a nap with us JUST TO MAKE SURE ITS FAIR. lol WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO KID?

Okay, I tried doing this the nice way.

I'm sorry, but we don't like enemy armies walking through our core, so we build blockers. It's not our problem you build cities on OUR front-line.

6 No building in eachother's territories, unless agreed upon by the vices/monarchs of both kingdoms.

Recognise this term? Now I could be bitching over quite a few cities built in our territory on fant (dark heaven, theos fant, iseeyou, ...) however I am not. Why? Because NAP's are give and take. Not all rules can always be abbided. Why was I not warned of the cities being made there on fantasia? It says you have to message me to settle a city in our core, yet I received no message.

If I wanted, I could have cried NAP breach a long time ago. But I didn't.

 Exactly what Cullwhch DEMANDED to be let through the city in the first place with an army the same size.

Just to be clear, Dark is led by two people atm in case you thought I was simply a vice. I will discuss with Psycho when I get home.

To all Crazy / Dark members who whine in here, prove ur lies on the map maybe people will believe you. The only thing you are good at is whining on the forums but really you are good for nothing in game. That's all you did this era, Crazy switching blockers, disbanding and joining other kingdoms, mass merging to get more members maybe u would scare ppl with your numbers and not quality of playing and finally disbanding and wasting all the good members u had and pretending to be weak again. Self pity all era long! I dare you to see one man in your kingdom. Show me yourself on the map and I promise you our Amazon chicks will be the ones to take you out completely. I had some respect for you Ryan and Landro when I left crazy but after what I have seen from you this era, I have no respect for you at all. You have not finished up a single fight till the end and all you do is talk. Let your talk save you this time.
