FW is a kingdom that uses invisibility spell to an extreme level. I do not think we had an invisible city in Edoras or any other kingdom I was in maybe twice in all these years, but damn FW really uses that alot. We counted at least 10 cities that were invisible, several that we found but I am certain there are at least 10 others.

If we were in this situation, getting attacked by 3-4 large armies at one city, we would be dead long time ago, but it sure seems like its just another Tuesday for FW. There is a definite burn out in me, as well as most other members of Edoras, little by little this turned from a nice pastime and enjoyment to almost a task you have to worry and feels more like a job.

After this era Edoras will be leaving Mantrax, we will all most likely just play 1 map, and several are taking a longer break. I do hope you guys in FW get some good competition on Mantrax, cause it sure looks like Edoras is now doing most of the hard work, with SoA handling two untagged players all era.

This is not complaining, its more of a praise of using the spells the way they are supposed to be used. I do remember tales of FW losing their entire core except 1 army and 1 city that they kept invisible for a very long time, enemies passed on to other kingdom and then that 1 army returned the entire kingdom back and FW won that one.

Oh and its not a boring or bad era at all. Its quite fun, everyone except me cause Halfers suck late era, I can't even drive pure Ponies cause they have non ending magic. It is a fun era, but its just a bit too difficult to enjoy it to the purest form lol.

Tbh, I give most of that credit to Secreto. He had been hustling since day one. Saved my skin several times. Had Chuky continued that pressure, Im sure I would of died *shrug*

Thanks. Chucky invaded our territory early era and we managed to get friendly relations with the small kds around us. That gave us the stability we needed to fight SoA.

Compliments for FW for holding out. I thought you guys would collapse under the pressure of SoA and Edoras.

I think I've died and restarted 4 times lol. It's good to hear that not everyone is having an unpleasant experience. Although I dont mind long era's if there has been fighting the whole time, i know many don't enjoy it. Including some in FW.

Edi, I'm a pyro at heart so I do appreciate your sacrifice as a late era halfling with military :)

We dispelled the city and I saw where it is, I went to the city, and now its not there. You can not teleport your own city. It could have not went to wreckages and go away this quickly, which means bonus turns were involved. We are at day 62 of the era, so its highly unlikely that its the starting 3 bonus turns. Makes me feel a bit better for having no progress in this war, but when its against kingdom that buys BTs, its understandable.

When we were all prepping Rox, there was an invisible city from where the orc chained us, we did not know it first time our orc got killed. Then we dispelled and saw it, and Dark went to prep, and Fw orc army was in the city. Very next tick the city is gone and orc army is gone, meaning that Fw orc used bonus turns to escape from the city and into Rox city, as well as for city he was chaining from to go away. It means more bonus turns had to pass for the city to go poof. Can't teleport your own city, so must have been bonus turns, no other explanation. Its nothing really (not accusation of any kind), other than a pat on our back for doing well considering the enemy is heavily using bonus turns, that is the idea of the post.

Just double checked, settled two times, both times city does not vanish after 1 turn. At least two are needed.

Well, it is an end of an Era. GGs to all those who partook! Looking forward to another Era on Mant. Will be looking for a kingdom next era. Only looking to play two place seriously (Fantasia is already taken). Maging is main priority but I can be an attacker as well. Ask Arkanist, Uther Pendragon and/or Spartan for reference.
