I feel Starta is the world of NAP breakers lol a little history:

Evilkings broke NAP with BIO (The Reastablished).
Skullfcuks broke NAP with Evilkings
KOH Broke NAP with skullfcuks.

It seems to happen alot on starta Imperial broke a NAP aswell lol he blackened himself.

he did but koh only attacked them while they were getting weak it was a pathetic attempt to better there scores and i will not stand by and watch it happen so i am moving several of my armies against KOH

Yeah, actually I just made an agreement with them as well. I figured they've been pretty good sports about hanging in there and rebuilding...plus I was kind of tired so I havent attacked anyone in the last week. 8 hours after I agreed to it, I get this:

Also, BIO turned on us as we were engaging godlike, tho we had no official agreement in place, it is a cowardly action to attack a kingdom uhave a peaceful neighbourly friendship with when ALL OF THEIR TROOPS have moved to engage an enemy.
