If anyone wants to do some forum digging Carnage used to be berated all the time for having so many NAPs. At least in my eyes, Fate has consistently NAP'd too many kingdoms. Kingdom sizes are completely secondary to kingdom politics. It really doesn't fucking matter if you have a 10 man kingdom and your only enemy is a 40 man kingdom that is at war with everyone else. Everyone in VU, whether they say so or not, knows that only a handful of kingdoms will be alive at the end of the era. Usually you can tell which kingdoms these will be at Day 0. Now when 2 high tier kingdoms that are consistently alive at the end of the era ALWAYS, without exception NAP one another as opposed to fighting, even when they are in complete opposite corners of the map; it is just fucking ridiculous. Whether or not kingdoms have an NAP isn't information that one obtains through speculation or forums, it is something that is generally highly visible. Carnage practically had a tradition of NAPing the majority of Fantasia, and Fate was horrible about massing NAPs during the 2nd crossworlds period (As in Era 37ish-Recently).

Keep your blasphemous mouth away from mentioning my kingdom and name... if u must know, before this era began i was running a campaign to create a kingdom to destroy FEAR and FATE and ride the world of VU of Top kingdom napping and try and re-balance VU to the days where there were actually multiple kingdoms who could contend on Fantasia instead of the top 2-3 kingdoms "allowing" the survival of kingdoms.... Im sure i could have easily ask, "FEAR, FATE, DoA - could u please not nap each other and stop killing off the small kingdoms and all the whilly nilly..." but im sure you'd go on to do the same. Hopefully by the end of this era, a change could be compelled to reestablish VU to a game of some integrity and honor. But until then, I will be here, in DoA, exerting my will through the field of combat.... hoping that we as a community can end all the bull willingly, instead of being forced to by a game update made by zeta... Anyhow, im still glad to find out that FEAR once again napped FATE, and even went out to nap MUSIC as well (protecting both they're north and south)... and choose to pick on POFF and then have the balls to come on here and ridicule DoA... sigh the irony... i dont know anymore... it just makes me soo sad to be a part of a community that continually seeks out to destroy each others will to play on... this, ontop of zeta being a horrible admin, is the reason why nobody comes to this game, and why many of the old elites have left the game... but to my dismay, my words will fall upon deaf ears... and the game goes on... O, Q, how the thousands of minutes we've spent discussing the deterioration of VU.... :(

Why don't you just try it out for one era Zeta? You would be able to save on so much bitching from these forum punks if you did it. Also, Salamon, have you ever bothered to ask why Fear and Fate NAP up era after era? Ever pondered that through? Ever thought that: 1. Two kingdoms that were / are quite successful always got targeted for mass gangbangs by other BIG kingdoms. E.g. Domination, Music, MAD, Phi, Rebirth, Juicy, old Revelation, etc. 2. Previously on connected worlds, these are two kingdoms that ALWAYS got targeted for mass gangbang by a whole host of smaller kingdoms. With no one to help them out. 3. How hard is it to find an ally that is trustworthy? One that is willing to take a bullet for you at a critical period? One that is willing to wade into a battle together with you against the odds? You keep on bitching about gangbang, gangbang, gangbang. Yet, when we are the ones on the receiving end of a gangbang, do any of you come to help us out? 4. Ever heard of the word long relationship built on trust? That's a common term in business circles. Businessmen prefer to do business with other businessmen whom they have known for a long time and have gone through ups and downs together and whom they fully trust. 5. Then look at examples of kingdoms like DOA and your kingdom last era and this era. Look at the lengths that DOA is willing to go through to "kill" us (Fate and Fear). If we didn't NAP and protected each other's back, and DOA and you do kill us, imagine the gloating and jeering that would happen. You think we would like to experience this? Look at this era's stunt that DOA did. Ballooned itself up to 45 players. Adding one player EVERY DAY. Just to: kill Fate and Fear. And you guys bitch left right and center when we NAP up to protect ourselves. You sound like the Iranian government that says that Israel must be wiped out, then wonder why in thunderation they keep nuclear weapons to protect themselves. Ultimately, the only conclusion I have drawn from playing this game for 16 eras or so is that it is populated by a huge bunch of kids and immature adults whose only pleasure and success in life can be derived from doing well in their "game characters". Well, jolly good to be you then. It has very minimal impact on me. I have already achieved everything I wanted to achieve here. Am just going through my last motions in this game.... who knows tomorrow I may disappear with the wind.... Man, I miss playing on Starta in a small kingdom.

That's not true Kat. Under different circumstances, we would have most happily NAPped POFF and other small kingdoms. I personally, am most amenable to not fighting small kingdoms as long as they do not ally up into one giant faction to suddenly fight us. However, this era, we were under no condition to NAP them... not with them sharing a core with us (and therefore affecting our income), and with DOA taking such extreme measures to try to destroy us; we had to take the decision to protect the kingdom first. You on the other hand, are a totally different matter. A backstabbing, lying pecker like you must, to quote my great friend Path, be "exterminated with extreme prejudice".

Then the cycle continues because you are so paranoid that every kingdom might be out to get you dont feel safe otherwise. My response fit the arguement i'm sorry if you dont get it. We want a return of VU to the days when there were several kingdoms on the map that had a variety of wars. We want the options to nap different kingdoms and war different kingdoms the way it used to be. What people in this game want is to not have the Fate/Fear alliance steam rolling all the smaller kingdoms because they want to take the easy way out rather than standing up and proving what their ego's flame in these threads. The reason we declined Fear's nap last era is the same reason we declined Fate's nap this era-- we arent going to become the very thing we dislike about your kingdoms. Now you can continue to flame me all you want it doesnt matter what you post in here...we all know the truth.
