Apparently Renegades has decided to make it a new policy of making NAP's and then recruiting players that are directly attacking the NAP partner, therefore breaking them. So it has happened with Skinny Vinny, leaving Swag and being recruited by Renegades whom Delta had an NAP with. Way to go, politics.
