Abydos's core is untouched, and DB's core would be as well if not for PKS using a ceasefire to move armies into the middle, then resuming war. I could say more about how lame PKS is, but their armies are doing the speaking for me.

19:05:41 Mar 21st 08 - Sir Shyers From The Black Laggon: .....hmm i guess if you cant get fame from being a good player, being a fun player, or being a smart player, you might as well talk a bunch of nonsense and get fame throu hatred. ....Personally have always seen Carnage with uber member counts and have tacked it up to just teaching nubs, but i can't see where they are learning the game as far as true tactics go. I don't mean this as an insult, there are some good players in Carnage.Yardbird has always done well, even with the big farm this era, soccernutz is still a fresh player but i have seen him grow immensely, and truly so many more. Perhaps like many things it becomes hard to control things once the numbers grow so large. However, i see few good exp players wanting to move into Carnage, seems they want to be in Aby, LGC, DB and even the new WoL. ....as for LGCs win, it was all planned out.They know what they are doing, so there was no sneaking in to take the spot. they did what they always do. congrads D. and sloth, in case you can't see, our core was left mostly alone, just the other fringe outposts were taken....by PKS, they certainly gave us a run for our money, however having troops above, below and inside your enemy kinda stacks the odds in your favor, especially when you have a good % of your troops in a merge to hold off someone else, and in the end you can't even build enough in one spot to do anything other than damage control...i do think it's funny that i held off so many pks/carnage troops untill the last tick at an arm that had the smallest army i've had all era since oop

Unfortunately Db happens to have a bunch of cities in the way. So PKS kindly passed by those cities and started attacking Abydos. Thats it essentially. On the other hand if you wanna be a conspiracy theorist be my guest. And besides DB advanced pretty far against Carnage almost bordering on PKS territory, Im sure DB had plans for breaking CF and attacking PKS once again sooner or later. PKS just took initiative.

Like they can take all your cities and whatnot but still be 100x more honorable about it than say another player.... For instance. WoL took over some of my cities and a LGC player took them. I kinda hate the LGC player but he has my respect because he kindly replied to my messages about his conquest. And for the question yes, if he is in DB I suppose he has a point in that PKS assisted Carnage, but if he was in LGC or Abydos he wouldnt because thats none of his concern. Because Thunder did take down a bunch of Eternity by himself (himself vs an entire 13 player kd...or some number like that) But no kd was around that area during the time (unless halfling scouts) so no one would really know about it.

But the fact you assume is that Eternity was hard hit, which it wasnt...the only people close were Thunder and soccerrogue both from Carnage but only Thunder was hostile towards Eternity. So I dunno how you make such assumptions that Eternity was at war alot previous to Thunder attacking....I dont think you played halfling that era and DB sure as hell wasnt close to that part of the map. I like coloring with photoshop : )
