These kind of smack talk is very tame. The trash talking that players were engaging in before the multi character changes was much more intense, aggressive and brutal, and covered almost everything including personal attacks.

And you know what.... I kinda miss that kind of trash talking. Sure, it makes a game very ugly and uncivil, but it also gives you something to play for and to look forward to. The amount and type of trash talking from back then, and the levels to which people would go to "back up their talk" or serve a "cold dish of revenge" sure made the game very very stressful, but in a way, it made the game worth playing, the victory much sweeter, and the defeat more sour.

Basically.... the game had life and colour back then. Now..... if it wasn't for the friends here, it is almost like slowly conducting lobotomy on myself.

Now that I have spoken my mind... bring back those fools Quiet One and Raistlin. At least they were worth taking a piss at. Not even Wilberforce amuses me now.... he has proven once again (beyond all reasonable doubt) that he is incapable of leading a kingdom properly.

You could have went around. Insted you chose to take the cities. In ANY other case that would be considered breaking the NAP. So why isn't it now? And generally in my experence when someone from a KD breaks a NAP then they are kicked from the KD. I'm not exactly sure what the termes are because they were never posted. But generally that's what happens.

I had the same issue with Black flag...I need to get through a blocker...messaged the blocker, waited six hours with no reply, message the leader and said if it isnt open with x amount of hours i will cw the blocker and go through....the player wasn't very active and BF were very gracious about it, i didn't enjoy doing a cw but in the end it had to be done to fight to save other BF cities-so it is all about the common good..Bling did no differently. we have the armies with even some chance to stop them and we are being held up by NAP players who are trying their best to stop us rescuing their butts and saving our own. So I have no issue with what Bling did. Next time open blockers when asked to Nap partners who are trying to help you.

I waited nearly 80 ticks before i went through the first city. i had to take 4 cities to even get close to the blocker, rushing preps on each one.

you already got a problem in that u guys are getting ur ass handed to you. I requested from all the guys that had cities here to have gates opened so i could get by and kill those 2 armies. one replied, saying he would, and that was 2 days ago. so far nothing from the rest of you. so i cant risk having an orc take an undefended armoury, when i could have killed all of them in 8 ticks. i dont have time to sit and wait for your players to maybe play. difference is i can beat all these armies around here, and i would at least give you your cities back. go ask mad if you can have your cities back because some of your players are part timers and should go play on mantrax of zeta if they gonna do part time.

Trust me I know. The level of activness in this KD is pretty bad. :P It looks like most of them were on today though. Still, you shouldn't take an allies cities without permition. Kicking Stage doesn't block you know, you can go above it, and the city 'Sex' doesn't have gates, so you could have easily went around and got to his army without taking the city. Or hell, just CW it if you didn't know you could get around.

In the time i got through the necessary cities to get to the three key blockers of Shanghai, Kicking and Sex (which had no gates and no troops defending it, which i changed), MAD had managed to take 17 cities off you unchallenged.

Had you opened the blocker at the first request, non of those small armies would have merged, nor got that far. Latro was told he could have Shanghai back when the threat had lifted, and we held fine until you lot started gifting mad easy gateway cities.
