Astronach is a big city with walls and magic support and had a big army in it. Your a ultranub if you dunno how ridiculous the preps can be nowadays XD

You got easy cities from what I know, just like utu. Any mediocre player can pwn these nub kds with one hand lol. The only kds that mattered this era are AL, PP and SIN.
Going oop against any other is more like taking the easy spoils next door :P

Theres a reason why it took ages for you guys to break trough AL and failed to push forward against us (SIN), even tho you had about as good a start as you can get. And AL and SIN took severe damage in the oop war, only a few of our players getting trough that unscathed.

Theres only one explanation, most of you aren´t nearly as good as you think ;)

Sure, I farmed. We had some players who fought early era, some who farmed for later on. Thats a sensible strategy, seeing as you'll almost always be more powerful late era if you farm first. Get some people with troops early to start the killing, then late era you'll have a couple of players with beefed up armies to swoop in and finish things off. The only people who complain about that are the ones who neglect to do the same. (In answer to your inevitable "no one had time to farm", yes, that is quite possible. Doesn't mean we shouldn't just because someone else can't though, or is that unfair?) ;).

The reason it took so long was due to a few things, not least that you guys have fought well, I'll admit that freely. Tyr, your own army would have been dead a long time ago if you hadn't got lucky bouncing me at 20% and then again when zond failed a freeze cast on you that would've let me catch up to and kill your army. So actually you've been pretty damned lucky in that regard.

I then slowed up again at atronach because I was sitting in your core with large armies either side: A move in any direction would have resulted in the army on the opposite side moving out and taking atronach. Fact is several of you tried to take atronach while I was there and got bounced, a couple were even stupid enough to walk across it, and also got killed.

In the end I had to wait for the ad lib front to move across and secure the north before moving down to finish off your army. Fact is none of you had anything that could come even close to beating my army. Only reason it took so long is because you had several players with medium sized armies that could retake anything that didn't have a reasonably large army left inside it, so it was just easier to wait for other players to arrive to make whatever we took secure, rather than running through and having to retake everything later. If things were tighter I probably would've moved out to finish armies off before you could build up enough strength to beat me, but it just wasn't needed.

As for breaking blockers, that will always take time even if you're more powerful. You can put more than one person's army in a blocker, you can't have more than one persons army prepping a blocker anymore. If this world had merges then those blockers would've crumbled a lot more quickly than they did. It was actually ad lib blockers that presented us problems, not yours. I got stuck at mage blocked for a short time, other than that we pretty much walked into your core.

I did forget to mention one very important thing, when we landed is was 3-4 of us... then Warlock joined us, who by the way, if he wanted. Could kill the entire map solo as it would take all of your armies merged together to get near the OP he has..

well Tyr I see you can't read so well, 9 out of 10 farmed? I already said that there were three who farmed, two other guys(both orcs) joined us later, one dying in oop....three farmers. 10 man kingdom. rest warred right from the start. Those who weregoing to farm declared it to us right from the beginning  and were responsible for core defence. Still we can count the amount of cities you have, especially not from conquest-and you had a lot more than us. we took our cities from ad lib and sanctum. Indeed we have a flag just around freedom and beer town saying "stop letting them farm"...

Well like I said, Z I might not even be able to play next age, I hope I do, and I hope we land right next to eachother, it will be a fun OOP war, like that we had with AL this era, probably a long, drawn out war... Most people who've played with me know OOP is where I shine, I've shown that in Valhalla VS. Agenda where I took them out pretty well by myself, drew most of the tougher armies, killed almost 300k troops, and I even started more than 24 hours late, and trained nothing but warlords :p

The fact is... we are all opportunists
If you're winning, no matter if you nap whore or farm all era, you will support the era, saying you did all well, its all good
If you're loosing you will complain about nap whoring or farming.
Thats just a common fact, so we can simply stop arguing :)
As they say, all is fair in love and war... if you're loosing now most likely next era you will win... it goes around and around. Just enjoy the game :)

And 90% was a exaggeration, I will admit that. But I wouldn´t say that those 5(?) other players were warring, not when most of them were fighting kds made from air, or did I miss something? In other words, there was only Horus and sanctum to fight, and from what I heard utu and aisha were the ones fighting there. That makes 3 farming and 2 fighting so 5 players that we know what they were doing according to you. Still lacking a bunch I would say.

maths are simple: Myself, Aisha, Fortune fighting Ad lib. 3
