All your cities were within 3 turns of my city with pony riders, i was just going to split my 900k ponies into several armies and BT them into all of your cities and destroy them all, I didnt care about your armies because I knew I had no chance to fight Crylock, I would have had a very good chance on Shyers army, and that troll players army was relatively small. I do not know what you had Zond.

All things aside, maybe it would have worked, maybe not. however one fact remains, had you given us more time, our mages could have built up to RoF crylocks army once or twice, and in conjuction with Dispel magic and one anger I would have had upwards of a 52% on his army.

SO, as previously stated, your tactics were sound, and even though unsavory in many players eyes, had you taken another course of action, things MIGHT have gone differently. (no guarantee). And i am honestly just waiting for next era.

Zond, when he was prepping on me I had a 2% chance on his army. Probably because of my 8 military. i calculated he had a 20.1 mil OP after adjusted. 1 RoF is 16.1mil the dispel magic took 4% away to bring him down to 15.5 mil adjusted. The anger takes him to 12 mil with only one RoF.

22% chance. Add a bless to my army is a 27% chance.

One more RoF lowers his already adjusted OP down to a 9.7mil OP

Which gives me an exact 56% chance on his army at the time of the CF break.


This didnt happen because as previously stated we made a mistake and were relatively MP light. But please dont tell me no chance. Math doesnt lie.

Shyers has been talking a lot this era. Didn't see him run his mouth this much during all the eras he was getting his butt kicked.

And paperboy, I see your point, I somewhat ignore Zongs ramblings on here. And, yes I agree, you woulda done quite a bit of damage, in fact I consider us lucky as to how well it all turned out. And I'm also glad that you can understand our position and actions. I look forward to playing with you in the future.

This was a strange era on Fantasia.

No question about it, Cry Lock did a great era.
Very nicely used the wins from beginning of the era to get large income followed by lots of exp on armies, made him too powerful.

So he won
But who lost?

Lets look at the kingdoms:

Legacy
They were attacked by many people, most kingdoms allied to kill them, and we all failed, Legacy stood strong with many powerful armies

Immortals
Seriously inactive kingdom with only a few people, and end of era we all had extreme incomes, lots of cities, our core was only cracked by Cry Lock in last day of era, our core was not in danger at all. We ever restarted after losing our core to Legacy and we still managed to have lots of people in top of highscores, we had a horde and several groups of armies. I even showed Zond just how inactive we are, and still I never considered that we might die.

Freelance
Two people very powerful, their core with Immortals, not in any danger, no matter if they lost some armies, they had magic, they had strong armies, never in any danger, survived.

MAD
They died and restarted behind our lines, also had few large cities and started to come back when era was done. They are the only ones that might be considered dead this era?

Phoons
Good job with diplomatic relations this era, you did well, even thought you did not kill anyone really either? But powerful kingdom with lots of land.

Mods
Did awesome at start of era, clearing all the small kingdoms around them, and then CFing the rest to fight Legacy. They never left their core and waitied for best time to end the CF to win the era. Showed us all that cease fire agreements from now on need to be specified in a very strick way and all ways of abuse should be checked. As it seems abuse is quite possible.

Phoons

They killed Relentless. We were also just 2 people in our little corner not protected by anyone. We CF'd Mods and Poodles since they were right beside us. The battle with Phoons was fun, we went and attacked them and kept the fighting down there for a short time before they sent an army to our core where I died almost instantly and Edd died later on unable to defend against multiple armies.

Indeed, I play with everyone I play against on other worlds pretty much. Although on Fantasia it's not like we've ever encountered, have we?
