that was your city you fool. it was protected by 45k troops. i sieged it twice before defeating you in battle. this left morale at 0%. i cast happiness and left troops inside, and moved on to continue killing your kd, who started the war. every time i left, your pessies rebelled.
on smaller cities, if it happens you burn the homes. why would i spend money burning that one??? the pessies refused to be removed, of which there was a total of around 20k captured with the city. not enslaved. i did the normal thing of building more production buildings, and taverns, which usually settle the pessies. with the new training times, each building takes 100 days. i added slaves to speed it up and still nothing.
and for the juicy twats commenting, non of the recaptures counted. i checked those, and i'm sure zeta can go back and confirm. fuc ing *beep*s.
Woa buddy, actually, if you used the takeover button when retaking the city, it absolutely counted on the takeover total. As for towns revolting and such, leave a small contingent of troops in it for a few ticks, once morale is around 8-10% it will not revolt.

DVS-Read my post again. 500 nazzies and 2k hammers were left inside. And the takeover did not count in scores. Direc queries to zeta, because while I was taking my new city back, Rebirth were capturing cities I could have taken were I not returning to sort the locals out.
Experimental...*beep* off twat...the satisfaction of telling you to *beep* off was enough
@DVS Masta - even if you leave an army they may still revolt - it happened to me with one town last era - just couldn't take it; to cast EYEs from 5% morale is too expensive, too
Primate, just remember, you aren't even cheating to win in real life. You are cheating in a game so that you can be on top and have the satisfaction of THINKING you have a life. In reality, real life people AND people on the internet dont like you. just go away or show a little respect.
No for people as a whole, or you'll never gain respect from others. If you abused the system but showed respect to critics and owned up to it, people would probably be cool about it. Maybe even think it was funny. Instead you become hostile and act like a d1ck toward everyone. Try being less stupid and more friendly. Its fun, I guarantee it.
