Mr. Caligo
Lived in Era 42, got 0 heir(s) and was a member of Death List
At the dawn of Era 33, one lucky Elvish soldier walked across the battlefield of what had seemed to be endless carnage. Yet it had ended. Many lives were lost, however, he knew not why, or how. The millions of bodies that littered the perfectly green plains showed no signs of injury. Many considered this Elf foolish, to walk the Plains of Aidan-Ioseph to begin with. But once all of the bodies appeared, no one even ventured within ten leagues of the place. Such was not the case with this soul. He was fearless, or stupid. He knew not himself. Now by this point, you question why I call this individual lucky. I'll explain; while he was searching the lush fields in this once sacred place, he came across a terribly old looking, crumpled piece of paper by a particularly noticeable black lump of cloth on the ground. Upon further examination, he saw that it was a list. A list of names. Names of the people who lie dead in that very grassland. He searched the black rag next to where he had found the note and found that it was a cloak. But this surprised him the most: when he lifted the cloak he heard a thump as a black, twisted, vile looking scythe fell from the seemingly weightless cloak and hit the ground below his feet. That was when this mere soldier realized what he had come across. The same list that the Grim Reaper himself kept to keep track of his marks. That is when Cadairn realized that the power to control people's lives has just fallen into his hands. This list would pass to many throughout the years, through ancestry, stealing, and of course murder. But none had figured out what to do with the list, other than one Dwarf of mediocre renown, named Caligo. He had heard stories of Cadairn and his achievements, but knew not how one could accomplish such things until he came across the list that lead Cadairn through the majority of his life. Caligo, would not do as the others had done, and guard the list in secret. Rather, he would put it in the open, and let all know who controls, The Death List.
