I feel like doing this: Everybody who builds impossible to pass crosswalls, gets a warning. Three warnings is a ban.

Trouble is, Hanky, whenever people do this sort of thing an argument starts up about whether something is "bug abuse" or a "tactic".  Bug abuse is already a permanent ban but no-one seems to agree what amounts to abuse.

Anything that software does that it's not meant to (like allowing crossed walls, river jumping etc) is, by definition, a bug.  My suggestion would be that as soon as something like that is identified ANYBODY seen using it has their account reset. 

All armies die and all towns are either removed from the map or, if they were captured, returned to the previous owner with all their peasants (as if they'd never been taken by the cheat).  The point of that is that it could have an effect on the rest of their KD - say PKS took over Legacy's core but then I wa*beep* for cheating, any towns I had in that area would suddenly be Legacy again in among PKS towns.  So it could harm the whole KD if they let a member cheat.

They then have to start again with 50 L1 in their lifeguards etc.  If they get caught for bug abuse again their account is deleted.

IP banning is a problem because a lot of users will be on dynamic IPs, also it's easy enough to get round an IP block with proxies.

But knowing that all your work this era can get wiped out, and your KD suffer, for one bug abuse should discourage a lot.

i thought it was made clear that any walls that completely block passage are to be deleted and are classed as illegal, so if theyre not allowed then they must be a bug, right?

Alright Since I support Hanky (and he is my KD leader) I say ban him and TEAR DOWN THOSE WALLS!!!

I think when this era ends we should have a thread where people vote on the different things such as cross wall, river jump etc. To decide whether the majority see it as a bug.

If its voted as a bug abuse, then any people who use the abuse will be deleted if their is screenshot evidence of them doing so.

Any1 can screen shot anything.

This means there will be no disputing over what is tactics and what is abuse. If you think its abuse, vote it as abuse in the thread.

Then a list is drawn up with the new era updates of all bug abuses. Players will be warned doing this will result in deletion of their account. Then if u attempt it, any1 can screenshot you doing it and your account goes bye bye.

Any opinions on this?

Half of those players aren't even on the same world.

Besides if you cheat and the blatantly say you'll cheat again I'd say you deserve to be banned.

You can get through it now because half of them are gone.

It is very easy to say such things when the walls are all gone because the Admin took them away!

lol you ppl aren't smart and i'm just putting words into short terms and even if the admin didn't you still can get threw by building a wall in the box and then create troops in there to take the city.

Well, I don´t know how high your IQ is, but all that empiric research you have to do to know that you "can get through by building a wall in the box and then creating troops in there to take the city (I kind of changed the words to make them readable)" would be unnecessary if people like you who write everything that comes into their minds just respected the rules and tried  not to abuse bugs because it makes the in game experience way less pleasant. By the same point I'll point out that why does Zeta delete those walls and   why do we all look down on it, it's the players decision to figure out what's really wrong and right.
