Because they know there are better Kingdoms there (who would kill them sooner or later without the perfect relations). This would mean a restart on an even 'lower' world...

The mass-alliances go on though. The two most powerfull kingdoms by far MAPed. ;)

 It's the principle of the thing. I have never broken a NAP, it's just something that wouldn't occur to me to do and I expect the same from others. I have no intention of turning this into some kind of flame fest 'cos it's not worth it and it won't achieve anything.
