The answer to this lies buried in there, but it has to be unravelled. ;) Added to which, there's the matter of respect. Who will these first-rank people otherwise agree to serve under? Nub I may be but those whose guidance I take seriously all speak of Roxbury with the greatest respect. I get the sense that it would be no shame for any of them to serve under him. Hence he can hold together a kingdom of people who "know very well what to do and don't need any help from him."

Ill answer this.

When you have as many good players as we do, people tend to go off do there own thing. We have some major fights over silly issues, some people wanna do this, others wanna do that. Some get mad at allies wanna attack them, other yell at us vices for naps. There is almost always some problem.

Roxy helps bring every one together and keeps them focused on the task at hand. He is all over the map, planning things way ahead of time. Granted when you have Val, Swifty (uughh), and I leading war fronts it makes things easier.

Also LGC is a group of friends, and that helps, as for me being a good leader. I dont think I could be without these guys, we all play off each others strength and weaknesses and quite well. Having a KD of LGC quality isn't hard if you can trust the people around you no matter what.
