I do wish I would have seen more out of the Benin Empire. I havent really seen anything from this this Era.

The Titans and Hammer and Shield will be Warring during the last 80 ticks of the Era. Our focus on self interest and profits perhaps led to less than transparent business negotiations for the fine and upstanding Hammer and Shield Company, at least in the eyes of The Titans ;)

We shall see if our prosperity secured after negotiations for Chade's withdrawal will be enough to last out the Era. As of late, all of our players have been having cities in the HoH.

We welcome the action.

On another note, how can we get more kingdoms on this world? I play on Fantasia, Mantrax, and Valhalla, and seem to think those rank from Most active, to least active, most difficult, to least difficult. Would you say that is a fair assessment?

Granted, no one broke any agreements. I think it was more personal differences of opinions between rulers.

The quarterly reports had come into the Hammer and Shield HQ. We definitely needed to get Chade out at all costs. That cost evidently meant becoming a target of the Titans.

Prince Chade, it should be noted that the Hammer and Shield company is involved in a dispute that may be traced to our financial and territorial dealings.

It would appear that The Titans can not understand that a CEO must act in the financial interest of his investors. The HnS partners worked very hard to become the most productive developers on Valhalla.

Granted, it was your incursion into our developments that stalled that economic goal and forced us to raise our Hammer as a weapon, rather than as a tool. The great irony is that in making peace with our sole aggressor, we awoke the anger of a neutral third party.

An interesting development that our consultants should have forecasted ni the quarterly reports.

It would be horribly irresponsible on behalf of our investors for me to abandon our infrastructure in Valhalla.

Hammer and Shield company will be returning, and we will be adopting an official position of neutrality with all, strength through peace, and prosperity for those at home. The benefits of this peace will be the most affordable prices Valhalla has ever seen.

A price war will be waged by us, and the buyer is always the winner, that means you!

Showmanship is half of all negotiations.

In accordance with section 6.1 as contracted between Hammer and Shield Company and The Titans, our Non Aggression Pact has been terminated.

6.1 Respect eachothers territory
6.2 Titans territory is defined as the northwest quadrant.
6.3 Hammer and Shields territory is defined as the southwest quadrant.

Let it be known to the rulers of Valhalla that even though notice had been given to termination of our NAP, that the terms were still in effect, and were violated, with the movement of forces through our territory unapproved. Even in the sunsetting of our Pact, we obeyed all terms.

Our tools for building have been lain aside. Our tools of war are at the ready. The move is ours. To war!

The violation of our sovereign lands allows me as a party to legally invoke section 6.1 with respect to 6.3 We have not moved troops through your territory, even with knowledge of the termination of the NAP. Because you have violated the NAP, we are withdrawing effective immediately. We look forward to conducting new business with your Kingdom in Eras to come. To war. Bigfield the Farmer

We never discussed a punishment, 1.2 Any violators will be kicked out of the kingdom and killed if he/she does not comply to the punishment agreed on by both kings. 1.3 Neither kingdom is liable for the damage done to NAP violators during their NAP violation. (since you will not be able to answer messages asap, to avoid further damage) 1.4 All 'important' messages are to be replied within a 24 hour period.

It isn't a punishment. It is a withdrawal from the Pact. A withdrawal is within the legal means for both parties not have held up their ends of the agreement.

Hey was in that area before our NAP, and the other cities are the armories you requested us build to help you not die against one member of KH. Good luck guys...Your gonna need it.

The city of Scold most certainly was not. It has only been in place as more invading armies come closer. Again, I don't believe you will hold up your terms and kick out Valhalla from your kingdom, but you are free to prove me wrong.

I prefer public communications, as they are more permanent for these types of things. The City of Scold, settled by Mr. Valhalla, is in direct violation of the NAP, as are the movement of troops by Valhalla, yourself, and a certain Troll through our lands. I certainly do not expect you to kick out several players for tresspassing or for settling cities as recently as a few hours hours ago. If you prove me wrong and kick out Mr. Valhalla, Mr. Robot Pants, and yourself, then I would be happy to honor the original terms. Failing to do that, it is not unreasonable or against standard norms for Hammer and Shield to rescind our party to this agreement.
