Blocker Placement Method
09:10:30 Sep 15th 12 - Mr. Zombie:

I was wondering is there some kind of technique people use when placing a blocker in a good position? I have already experienced few blockers, both my kingdom and enemy kingdoms to be not blocking and I wanted to ask, is there a way to place it correctly?

I was thinking maybe people use this menthod? Use scout to have red circles where enemy can not pass and then put the scout exactly in between the area, like this:

Does everyone do this when placing a blocker or?
Are there any other ways to be sure it would block?

You don't need a method, just lots of luck.

the trick is to have someone with a title to come along and tell you where to drop the town

Does not NEED to have a tittle.

1. You can pay 45 Euros and get a whole package which will help you in-game and a nice custom tittle.

2. Place the scout on the middle and try to analyze if it will fit, also race matters as some races can expand onto some terrain, which for some are not available.

3. Have someone who bought the 45 euro package, place an army and tell how much big the city can get, then place your army where the biggest city can be settled.

I believe those are some good methods I do not know if anyone has or knows any other method than this ones, so I am based on personal opinion.

You can always use the old click and drag method, drag a picture of a block and see if it fits in the spot. If done right, you can place one dead on every time.

best way of building a blocker, is to do the opposite of what wilberforce does

I think a lot of it just comes from experience and knowledge of where to drop it etc, even the best of the vets can make a dodgy blocker every now and then. (As the terrain on some certain areas are a bit dodgy)
