Ah yes the revivel of the Douche family is an interesting story.
Ever since the short ruling of his father/self, they had been in hiding from the rest of the world ever since till recently when we find out that they could be changelings or what not.

The first Douche was human but now this one is an orc, which gives immediate attention to wary magicians on how this could have happened, oh say the first rumor of a changeling, or some bizzare summoning ritual gone wrong.

As the rumors continue, the Douche would be the myth or some lame story forever.

After knowing that this new Douche is an orc and the first was a human, the changeling theory is now being the reason why this Douche is either the heir to the first Douche or some dark magic/k abound......
