Coolcat finished 89th in era of Kobuskan (era 37) and in a drunken haze he found a silver half penny in the bottom of his empty tankard in the local public house whilst celebrating.
He was consequently clubbed over the head and dragged out of the pub by recruitment officers of Dendarii Mercenary Corps. He was made to swear allegaince to the Duke. Coolcat was in no fit state to rebuke the accusations put to him. The silver half penny was in the bottom of his tankard and he was enlisted in true naval style. Without ever stepping aboard a floating vessel. In era 38 he hopes he may do so, although VU big boss dont like boats.
