Vlad's tale began from a young age. Vlad's tribe was the smallest in the area, constantly under harassment from other tribes, the only reason the tribe was able to survive was due to it's leader, Valmnir. Valmnir was such a powerful orc that his very presence on a battlefield kept other tribes at bay from completely ransacking and destroying them. Vlad grew up idolizing his father's power, and always struggling to attain that same power for himself, so that one day he could rule. Vlad was full of pride, and was often so full of it that he could never see past his own nose, never thought of the consequences of his own actions. Such as led to the downfall of his tribe, and his father. Having grown into manhood, Vlad belived he was strong enough to stand at his father's side and even to expand his tribes territory. Vlad sent out a challenge to one of the other smaller tribes, thinking to take it over and expand his own tribe. Vlad was unprepaired for what awaited him at the challenge ground, he was ambushed by humans, as certian doom set upon Vlad, his father appeared and fought the humans in Vlad's place. Vlad and Valmnir was able to fend off the humans, but at the cost of Valmnir's life. The other orc tribe, having saw Valmnir fall, instantly set upon Vlad's tribe, burning, killing and ransacking their village. Vlad, helpless at his father's death, could only watch as his village came to an end before him. Vlad barely managed to save a handfull of his tribesman as his home burned around him, now, Vlad intends to rebuild his tribe, bigger and more powerful than ever before, and he will use any means nessecary to do so.
