But as stated before he has an above average Orc mind and observed the other races to see that they also gain power with other means, of trade, money, and politics. Vonstrom has gathered and conquered the Orcs in his domain and developed a government system of sort..... And now he wants to see the brutish race on the top of the pecking order......
