Tipple is a elven ruler named after his father, a man who led a small band of soldiers into the land. When Tipple's father died, he was placed in charge of the people. They found a small city, restocked and set northwest and founded Kllarranna. Tipple then sent his men up north and had them build the outpost of Echilon. After Echilon was built, Tipple Joined the kingdome of Natural Born Killers, and set his men out to found another City with the others from Natural Born Killers. He then founded the city of Alkridion and created a small founding party in Kllarranna and sent it West to build a small settlement a few ticks under Alkridion.
