Minge FTW! It is easy to stay away from content you don't like, Rhiana. If someone at the next table over from you in a restaurant is speaking rudely you ought to change tables, not make a freakin' law. The mods keep our forum within certain levels of decency and those levels are more or less regular and agreed to by our little population. If you don't like our population then stay in your kd's population like you said.

personally you guys were getting way out of line and if the mods didnt agree then they would not have deleted certain posts. and is it fair that players like myself must not be allowed to participate in these forums because the rest of you cannot control yourselves and be respectful of others? this game is for everyone to enjoy...not just a select few immature kids. this means that everyone who plays the game should be able to come to these forums and read them and speak in them and not have to read offensive material in them. is it so hard for you kids to keep it clean?

Excuse me, but you won't find me being vulgar whatsoever. I pride myself on being fairly well-spoken and mature. What is even more important to me, however, is that people should be allowed to speak as they will. The "select few" people you speak of is an illusion. The fact is the vast majority of us are quite comfortable in this setting, and it is a minority who has any problem with it.
Mounds of us may not find sexual talk funny, but we have the maturity to look the other way and get over it, like (sometimes young) adults. You ask these erm, "perverse" (?) forum posters if they don't feel any guilt or shame. WHY in the world SHOULD they?
Lastly, you say that you have withheld your opinions of religious gods in this forum out of a kind of respect. Well there were several threads specifically made for that discussion... no one asked that you hold your tongue, in fact quite the opposite. It is not respect to "be dignified", "stay ones tongue", or " not rock the boat" when we have a nice little community where any one can venture their opinion and find at least SOMEone who agrees.
Rhiannia, know that many of us completely respect your right to voice your opinion on "rude humour", but we equally respect the right of those who use it to go ahead and use it; and unfortunately, they have the vast majority. They don't speak (...uhh, USUALLY) specifically to insult you, they do it to make each other laugh. Show the maturity you prize so much by dealing with this petty annoyance in your life the way all adults must; there must be bigger fish to fry. This is not church; people swear, and all are allowed to speak.

She was on about this on another thread and people started talking about this. So I figured rather than have our posts deleted we could continue the debate here, in the style of a half dozen other debates we have going.

Clamps is from a robot mobster in futurama (if you ever saw that show). Bayushi is a family name from an rp game set in something like ancient Japan. The family is known as dishonourable dogs, but that's just an intentional misdirection. In fact they are the most honourable of all and only the emporer knows it. If you follow the mant threads at all you might guess why I picked it....*cough*....lol

She's not bad; she just speaks a lot on the forums about "cleaning them up"
 and I have a serious problem with that philosophy. I was thinking there might actually be enough disagreement (or interest =p) on the topic to get a good discussion going.
