The population on VU is somewhat stagnant, and I was curious about how you found out about Visual Utopia in the first place. I think I found it through the websites that people vote for for BTs.

yeah it was a voter site, or one like it.

ummm... it was.. 3-4 years ago? some website that reccomended MMORPG's and had reviews etc.  I wanted an empire building game, that has less rules than Ogame, which, frankly, pissed me off... and a game that was more than "just numbers."  VU worked.

VU needs a major overhaul though... its time for one.  Flash Programming needed IMHO.

i was bored on teh inernets and wanted to pwn noobs.

so i searched for the game with the most noobs on the internet :)

I was bored a couple years ago and started going through MMORPG lists...tried Travian and some other game before finding VU and sticking with it.

Ajax showed me this game back in the era of isabel, however that era went terrible and I didn't come back til era 34.

Uhh, I forgot how I came here. XD

I was playing another online browser base game, and got bored of it cause the game was basically just click-click-click without any strategy and thinking. So I browsed all the voting sites, checked 5-6 other games and then I came here... In the beginning it was hard but some nice people helped me to get with the basics in the game so I stayed in the game.

I was looking for something more than what travian, and other sites like it had to offer.

I was voting for Attack Credits (2) on Lords of Legend (which sucks), they are ranked #4..... I looked at higher ranked games and WHAMMO! There she was!

I got told by a mate i dont know if hes still around playing VU but he was called Mr. Ant im pretty sure kev remembers him

Grim got me and close to 20 others into the game..we all work in the same place..think Grim said Hagar got him into the game.

I can't be sure, but I think I was searching for an online game like settlers and I found this.... but that was many moons ago.

I came here via the Tabula Rasa utopia alliance forum =p some guys from TR were playing and dragged me into it.

I found on pure chance I just was looking for a game to pass the time and i've played a lot of other online games similar to this and I just happened to sit down and take the time to play it. I liked it even though my first few experiences included playing with jerks but I stuck with it and I like the friends I've made. :D
