All players should treat each other with respect and not engage in hate speech or harassment. The alliance in question is wearing the russian flag in a manner that is meant to intimidate and harass other players. This behavior is unacceptable and must be dealt with promptly. I urge you to take action and ban this kingdom from the game to prevent further harm to the community. | ||||

Comparing the Soviet Union's actions to that of the Nazis is not just a matter of opinion - it's a fact. The Soviet Union occupied Eastern Europe for over 46 years, sent thousands of people to labor camps, and committed numerous human rights violations. Just imagine if someone was waving a Nazi flag and saying that we owe them our support for their actions in WWII. It would be just as offensive and inappropriate as the alliance promoting their message. Both the Nazi regime and the Soviet Union committed atrocities that cannot be ignored or justified. Moreover, the current Russian government, the successor of the Soviet Union, is currently committing war crimes in Ukraine. This is a clear violation of international law and a human rights issue that should not be ignored. The alliance's message is not only offensive, but it's also spreading a genocidal message that should not be tolerated in this community. | ||||

I think the issue here is that this community is built around trolling (often) and so I'm not sure how well the above can be received or how likely it is to change. The only other option would be to protest VU by quiting, bad mouthing it on the internet - but again, to what end? It's dying anyway. | ||||

Saying Russia is same as Nazi Germany is not only wrong but could be considered as spreading hate with this thread. The only problem community has with Russia as a kingdom is that it looks like a multi kingdom, last time they played. This time they only have 2 alive members, so not an issue. But it might be good to actually take w look at activity of members, see how they build and who / if anyone plunders their cities. Maybe last 3 eras these players played on any world. And post results here for everyone to see. | ||||
