Our kingdom had just lost a war and I was lined up to be the last person attacked. This was when plague had just gained the ability to spread, too so it was still overpowered in comparison to this.

I know who cast it! I am sure it was GODLIKE! YES IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE! None of their members have talked about it... I got the plague while in a city right next to them, and although you don't need to be close to cast it, you would want to cast it on a city close if your KD was about to die right? I'm sure it was them!
