| 01:09:21 Jul 26th 10 - Wolflord Karac: Cities near mountains and certain water spots get a mining bonus, so build mines near mountains. Rivers give a food bonus, so build farm towns near rivers. Trees on the map give... wait for it.... tree bonus :) So build your lumbermill towns near trees.
As to the first question of what is wrong with rainbows.... the main reason is it pisses people off who take them. I hate seeing a juicy 56k right next to a mountain, and then I catch it and its homes, farms, lumbermills, taverns, armories and just bout everything else. Seriously that is just crap, but like Duchess said, smart rainbows are ok. | ||||
| 17:28:26 Jul 26th 10 - Duchess Sexxy Minx: just to add, you can't really tell when you've truly achieved full bonus anymore because of the scaling production of income.... but generally later on, look through your mines and all should be producing the same, if they're not... you probably don't have full bonus. | ||||
