You need to have verifiable third-party information on the site--so for example, a newspaper article on Visual Utopia would work, or even a well-known and respected web review of it. But even then, including the sort of detail that would be helpful to someone playing VU would not belong in Wikipedia. I speak with some knowledge here; I'm a long-time admin on Wikipedia. Setting up our own wiki, like Falazar has done, is a much better idea. We don't need to meet Wikipedia's requirements, and we can devote the entire Wiki to VU. Good idea, Falazar!
