so that people dont get a big head start infront of other players | ||||
yup, only the first turn takes 6 hours. | ||||
that only states when the game officially starts. it allows people to get ready for the era to come... | ||||

i think it was actually 10 hours =P | ||||
well i guess its also for the chance for kingdoms to recruit | ||||
its mainly so most people can start on the first tick in all the different timezones. | ||||

The FAQ says the first tick can be up to 35 hours long. | ||||
