Just recently, it has shown that in an attempt to totally crack down on piracy in AUS, the isp's are now monitoring absolutly everything people do online (including watching me post this message you fat b@asterds) meaning that online privacy no longer exists when it comes to the government.

Now I got one question about this...

I'd start using encrypted stuff, encrypt everything...

Well it appears this is always being thrown about in regards to "Stupid Lawsuits" and "Sue Happy" America. Here is a Wikipedia link and you can actually find the lawsuit on file.

The whole reason for the lawsuit is that this McDonalds served coffee closer to 200 degrees F, rather than the allowed amount of 120 degrees F. The spill resulted in very severe burns that took several years to treat.

So 200 F is 93.3 C and 120 F is 48.8 C, quit a difference.

Their manely targeting p2p programs (such as bittorrent or other file sharing programs) but they still do see other things that your doing. And chucky, if you watched Current Affairs or whatever it's called, they have already shown stuff about this on tv. Oh and thousands of people in Australia have already been arrested too...
