22:29:49 Oct 25th 13 - Mr. Cheonje: Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a new player to Visual Utopia and was brought here by my good friend Mr. Mereth. We are currently playing on Midgard and formed a KD to learn with each other. I have always been a gamer and played many RTS and similar browser games for the past 15 years or so, but none as complex as VU! So far I really enjoy the game's style and the community seems very helpful and mature. Regards, Mr. Cheonje

It have happened to many peoples here when they are new themselves :) Feel free to ask questions in the forum. Most people will help if they know the answer.
23:49:09 Oct 25th 13 - Princess Aisha: Getting killed is part of the game, and for new people you get killed much more than you survive. Especially if you start late, and you guys might have started late, so keep in mind that other kingdoms will have more land and better troops then you. Its a game of diplomacy and war, so feel free to send letters about possible alliances in that world, try to get friends there in the world to help you. And indeed, if you have any questions feel free to ask here or send ingame letters.

18:59:51 Oct 27th 13 - Mr. Sorra The Great: First of, I've only heard good things about Aisha, despite never playing with her. In terms of trust/backstabbing/betrayal, i've never heard anything of substance been proven against her. People make promises to do things in VU that never happen (we wil disband next era if we lose, if we lose to such and such we will disband etc etc). But next era you see the same KD with the same people. This sorta stuff just happens in VU. But trust is another issue in VU. Trust is when you know someone is not leaking information from your KD, planning to back stab you, or planning to break or find loopholes between relations that you have established. So please, i'm sick of seeing this every thread I click on. Its nice you have personal rivalries, we practically all do, but please don't bring persona rivalries into the thread. We are trying to keep new blood, no scare them off. Anyways guys they are in forsaken on zeta. They have a bunch of skilled sociable skilled players with them mentoring them and answering questions. If you guys know of any *new people send them our way. I think this is the best start new people have had and will have in VU for a long time, as for some reason this Kingdom has a near perfect concoction of older players, sociable players and willing to teach players, We also use chat very often, and our chatroom can sometimes resemble the chat of the old era where everyone's just talking abut random stuff. ANd if any of you vets want to join, feel free. There are only 2 KDs on the map and despite us having slightly more, we have many new guys so the balance of power is actually in the other KD's favour. Lets even the skill gap (meaning you oldies need to join up with us) so we can set up Zeta as a training ground and an interesting world??

07:26:08 Oct 28th 13 - Princess Aishaa: @Sorra, come out from under the rock, Aisha isn't trustworthy or a good player. @Bier bitte, when has the VU community ever been mature in the first place? Taejo, this game is dieing down, us vets who have accomplished all we can in this game and walk freely over peasants (Ie Aisha) when we please don't have much to entertain ourselves with nowadays. So please forgive us. We are usually pretty good provided you don't make a mockery of yourself. We are happy to help out if you ever need a hand and if you send the guides a personal message or just make a new forum thread, the vast majority of us will be more than willing to help you out. Struddles is currently in the process of remaking all the old video tutorials but even if you watched the old ones it will help your gameplay. Also try migrating to the higher worlds, become skype active and most kingdoms will be willing to accept you. I also can't stress enough that being skype active will increase your gaming skill 4 times faster than going in blind. Find a good kingdom that uses skype and you will be sweet.
08:04:19 Oct 28th 13 - Ms. Nicolepwn: I have heard from highly reputable sources (BBC, CNN, FOX, ESPN, Sky, etc) that this "Aisha" character is one of the most vile, untrustworthy players to date. Did you know she once promised to delete her account, and yet is still playing and posting, pretending as if such a promise were never made??? I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. Newcomer, keep a watchful eye over the company you keep. You certainly don't want to fall in with the likes of Aisha. If you are seeking allies in this cruel world, I would search out ex Beothuk members. They will take you under their wing and teach you the ways of victory. Steer clear of kingdoms making claims of grandiosity, they are a terrible lot. I hope my words of wisdom have reached you, and you haven't been too greatly tainted by the likes of Aisha or Legacy to be saved. And with this, I bid you adieu, dear friend.

We at legacy were a dieing breed in the beo era, but after the disbanding of the beo vermin the other kingdoms rose out of the ashes and walked along the noble road we legacians have walked era after era. We don't need to mass recruit, mass nap or use other kingdoms as a buffer to win eras, so what will it be this era? Do we at legacy need to recruit more to cater for this ever growing beo movement? Do we need to mass nap to make it a level playing field(which we would obviously demolish you on) or do you guys have another "sun tzu" tactic up your sleeve that we would have to then adjust for?

Give me 5 examples where people have publically done so. 5, go on. Find me the threads. 5 people. 5 threads. 5 promises. Go. Fact is, Aisha marauded into the Fant threads like a moron bad mouthing several players, made promises and assertions that she couldn't back up and ultimately said she would delete her account if proven wrong. She was quickly proven wrong, she was humiliated and exposed as a liar and has since then ran from the topic at every opportunity. As the majority of contributors to this thread have said, she's the least trust worthy person in the game and should follow through on her vow by deleting her account. But she has no honour and is a coward. It is therefore our duty to warn all new players to the game that you can't trust her, before she betrays their trust too. She's dangerous.
