The Commonwealth (including the UK ofc), western Europe, Eastern Europe, the US, and the rest of the world... 5 massive teams. Or you could split it down still further.

You'd really want to have them on one map(a map of the world maybe... with bridges or else extra land between the spaces...) which would have to be about 3x the sixe of Fantasia, or maybe a bit bigger. I reckon around 20 sections to be reasonable. 7-9 America(both Americas, split into whatever) teams, 7-9 European teams, 0-1 Australian + African team(is there any?...), 1-3 Asian teams(there's a few lurking about)
