Im sorry to say but i dont feel anymore like this game deserves any type of payments or money from its clients/members that play this game. | ||||

The last three responses here were known from respected players who they say are in the forefront in making this game more friendly to new and returning players. They abhor any actions that make this game unfriendly. But look how they don’t understand that the OP as a customer did not get the product he paid for. Instead of being good ambassadors here, (as they are very vocal about it) they ruin the post and disregard the issue at hand. Tsk tsk tsk. Hypocrites. | ||||

to request a refund." 1) I dont know if you asked for advice from a kd mate. But spending alot of money is a waste. Firstly like you said yourself you dont get the bt on time. Secondly the working of bt, "Once transfered to the character - every 3rd tick a sponsored turn will be converted to a turn that can be used." Which also blocks fast usage of bt. Which in hindsight is logical, but annoying. Especially if you have mobile game experience. 2) For the refund, maybe check with your payment provider like Paypall, mastercard etc? Maybe you can force a refund through there. I know Paypall had a function for it. Else it is to wait for the Admin.... "I dont recall this

ago. O well." I cant agree with you. The problems your seeing now, where there 10 years ago. Only difference was you got a reply from Zeta or your bts on time. Problems like no new content. Anti exploiting/cheating were all there. Is also the reason you see so few players and new players coming in. But please remind, this game is created by Zeta and him alone. He has no back up. So if hes on vacation or ill or whatever. The proces is kinda stuck. | ||||
You're right Aloy, that was a bit childish of me. But it's hard being an ambassador for the game in it's current state. Copy paste messages aren't much different to real customer service these days though. Zeta the admin, isn't as active. Not even when it comes to money being spent, and making sure people get a good service. He has moved on to other projects a long time ago, and is rarely in the mood to adjust things. Let alone do anything against the long standing issues, like exploiting/cheating. It's a shame, we all know this game is like crack and has great replay value with the era system. | ||||
I would disagree that it is hypocritical. Many, many vets, including those who have come and gone years ago, have done their best to rouse Zeta, but nothing has worked. | ||||
I have never seen someone describe one of the appeals of Visual Utopia being it's replay value from the era system but I think that's really accurate. | ||||
