Canada Can take America anyday

United States has special forces, that DO NOT ENGAGE ENTIRE ARMIES....so stop saying that they would do that.  They would probably kidnap important leaders, sabatage industries, ect.  We have sattelites that can SEE you....and we could probably blow the others out of the sky with BALLISTIC MISSILES(Anyone forget those???) We can shoot them down if any were fired on us...it is not like we cannot defend outselves. 

@Plutonium-I think it was mentioned that we have like a TINY percentage of our troops in Iraq...and you also have no clue what is going on apparently because you seem to think that military force alone would fix everything.  Brainless

Canada is so close to the USA that a large number of missiles could take out Canada's missile bases and major targets within a VERY short time.  We have stealth bombers, fighters, technologically advanced tanks.  We have VERY advanced armor (Dragon Skin) that can stop SNIPER rounds and fragmentation from grenades(although it is expensive...but we are the USA) 

There are the Future Force Warrior systems that will be upgrading American troops combat systems every two years that involve  nanotechnology, artificial powered exoskeletons, and magnetorheological fluid based body armor to provide the infantry with significantly higher force multiplier than the opposing force.  If we are at war we WONT sell it off to Europe because they are no longer our allies =P and dont say you will just steal it with the "support" of Europeans and Canadians living in the USA.  

In WWII we had Japanese in our armies and we unfairly inprisoned many in camps thinking they would help Japan. So im guessing many would join us.

We have nuclear submarines also so have fun trying to find those...(assuming we take out enemy sattelites of course)

Yeah Charley, your army is going to turn into people from the matrix, built like Iron man, that can all fly. Get real, all of that stuff is experimental and no one will be using it any time soon.

The closest thing you have to any of the BS you are spewing is a suit, that allows people to easily lift up to around 300lb. It can't even climb stairs and this is "top of the range" as far as futuristic stuff goes for the US military. All that high tech stuff you talk about will not see light for many decades, and more importantly will not be used on a large scale, even when it is created properly.

We also, (the UK), have nuclear submarines, it's called Trident, currently occupying Scotland waters. The USA is also not the best trained army in the world, otherwise you guys wouldn't come to us for various types of military training.

We also have better communication systems compared to your ageing GPS satellites, which allows us to send over much, much, much more information at any one time. I do believe our Challenger II tanks would annihilate any other tank in 'almost' all situations.

So please do not sit there, thinking you are all supreme, because you aren't. Your country is also very, very new in terms of age and has a bad reputation in fighting wars, unlike Europe who have been fighting wars, thousands of years before the USA was even created.

wel to be fair the generals expect in 15 years 3ft-4ft tall robotic warriors or sumtin like that to be fightin on the field alongside human troops tho obviously i wudnt bet on it but its not an unbelievable scope.

lol actually england is even more free than america in alota cases, eg. goverment DOESNT control media over here. And forfuksake dnt brush our teeth? Wat the hell!?!?!? Lol we brush our teeth morning and evening EVERY day and the FEW who dont get tormented for it at skl lol. Though admitedly the people who live in the countryside,towns or villages tend to not have very good teeth in comparison to those who live in cities. But ye america has better teeth than britain but to be fair you guys can go abit over the top with it. Eg. Ive heard of quite a few americans brushing teeth over 3 times a day, which in my oppinion is completely unecessary. 2 times a day is the required ammount with 3 times a day being a bonus but forfuksake, why do it more?!? Its also coz america gives out dental plans in alot of jobs etc. while in the UK you get the NHS instead, giving you access to all the PUBLIC hospitals without having to pay for surgeries and etc. Though public hospitals pretty much suk, i pay to go private.

i think i have being trying to get this message out to every one in this thread,

no one knows which country has the best military since you would have to fight ever other country and beat their armys. and the same goes for the best unit (specail forces). the only thing you can really say is which has a better reputation.

also numbers, technolgy and training can be beaten.

oh and btw when invading a country to remove the evil goverment 1 major rule has to be followed make sure let the people know you there to help, so bombing the *beep* into the country causing a hell of a lot of civilan deaths isnt going to help in the long run.

advanced in what way lol? ever been to japan? and you say 200 years but you started on the same level as everyone else.... you didnt start with swords and shields and romans etc then suddenly jump to planes. you are no more advanced then most places

would just like to add that seein how this is a hypothetical situation i very much believe in the stalemate. the oceans would be the "line" that cant be crossed. besides now a days u need air superiority and seein how the US has some of the best planes out there. including the only 6th generation plane out there.... yea all ure planes r pwned. but like i said stalemate

lol, theres alrdy WORKING laser cannons, but its unlikely they will come to use for many MANY years because, though powerful, they require alot of EXPENSIVE gases, so it would only be a last-minute resort.

lithuania makes 60% laser production of  all world ;) so if war would start . liths would send all laser production to UK or some other country and usa would die :D

Everyone knows that the USA has the best millitary tech. but nobody will admin it...lol....But i don't blame them...I wouldn't want to admin my country doesn't have the best millitary....If Iraq had some planes then we could prove our awesome Air Force,but Iraq had like 7 planes,and 2 had their wings break off,and 3 had broken engines...And the other 2 were some Wildcats from WWII....So it wasn't much of a challange...And every country has missles,so they would blow each other up...(I think US has more but I won't go into that)So that leaves Phelps leading out water assult...He has Gold powers =D So we would win.

I'd say all countries involved in the war would be losers because what's left is gonna own the world!

Oh, and Canada would probably be the biggest losers because they'd be the only ones to actually be conquered. I seriously doubt any others will be beat. I could hardly imagine US losing a war so close to home...it's been a long time since any hostile forces have invaded mainland US (especially if you don't count the Pearl Harbor attack as being mainland :p). And the possibility of landing on Europe exists, but is highly unlikely imo. But I'd say it's more likely then the other way around simply because EU is not 1 country and no matter what I'm sure it'll be harder to organize.

Of course, this is assuming you mean a major all-out war. I'd think it more likely for a kinda cold war to happen.
