Era of Draiken details |
New eras tend to start on late Sundays and the time will start to run some hours after that. So hopefully the era of Draiken will begin before 12 PM March 12th.Don't stay up though because it might be delayed and the time will not start to run until Monday.

- The ability for adventurers to gain experience though adventuring has been weakened
- Locust, when cast on armies, will only take away a few days from preparation times.
- Armies will not be affected by Earthquake (use slow instead)
- It will not be possible to cast Earthquake or Crush Walls on armies.
- It will not be possible to end the effect of slow by changing the army path (moving it). The army will still stand still for the duration of slow (and then continue the new path).
- Slow and Locust changed place in spell list (level).
- The more buildings that are built, the faster they will be constructed. It will for example take 10 days to build 10 buildings at day X, but if you build 100 buildings at day 10, ten buildings will be built day 1-10. Buildings built each day depend on city size and production level.. Same for training troops.
- Troops are now trained from peasants!
- Slightly fewer walls destroyed with Crush Walls.
- Morale shows on production page.
- Injured troops can heal faster if there are mages in the army, still only when camping.
- All merged armies will show on the map. But they will still be able to hide in cities.
- When two armies of the same ruler is merged together, the troops from the one merging will go to the other army.
- Troll units made weaker.
- Humans got better knights and catapults now got some defense when defending a city.
- Gaia troops are more expensive and no peasants are needed to train them.
- It will not be possible to destroy buildings in a city that is under attack.
It will be possible to retire injured troops. They will then become peasants.
- It will be possible to put peasants into armies.
- Each day 1% of the peasants in the army will leave.
- One tick will be 60 minutes instead of 50
- Taverne will not increase peasant growth
(Due to lack of time, the following will be added during the era)
- Peasants will give 0.05 defense points and no offence.
- The attack part of the game will be redone, but however most likely work as it currently does.
- The peasants will not all be killed in an attack.
- There will be more ways to increase population
(The following ideas don’t have that huge effect on gameplay and will be added during the era)
- Checkbox instead of delete box when deleting posts.
- Edit message function.
- Sticky-Threads
- Lock threads function
- Option to report a message to the moderators.
- Checkbox to delete ingame messages.
- Instead of quotes, you will see your own replies between the messages.
- The paper you write ingame messages on will be a bit flashier.
- Change color of visited forum links.
- Timer to kingdom tax, how many seconds left.
- Search box for the history section.
- Improve the army page
- Merge own armies (more info link) - Less bandwidth - List of armies - Transfer all but one
- When an army is attacking a city, the city owner can see how many days the army has prepared and the chance of success.

Medicine science has now been added to increase birthrates. The formula for peasant growth has also been tweaked to include unoccupied homes, unfilled jobs, tax rate, morale and peasants born.
