Each of the nine biggest and most powerful kingdoms will be given a ring. Each ring will give huge powers over the world of VU.

Each kingdom has to choose a representative to carry the ring. The ring carrier must be familiar in the use of IRC and MSN. IRC-nick name, ruler name and MSN-address must be mailed to admin@visual-utopia.com. Make sure you state which kingdom you are from.
