Best Race?

This is my first era, and was wondering what would be the best race?

Best are dwarf. They have good economy.

Best Starting race is proberly dwarf, as they need no wood :)

Dwarf have good economy but their military lacks *cough* I mean doesnt exist...I played human my first three eras.

From military aspect best are Orcs and Trolls, they have the best units :)
Dwarfs, Humans are best in economical way...
If you want to cast spells and be a mage, then choose Elves :)
On the other hand, as Halfling you can train lots of Ponies in the beginning and be a force :)

oh c'mon - dwarven military isnt so bad... they just need outnumber enemy 2:1 or more, thats all.
