City restriction
05:29:13 Oct 14th 12 - Mr. Shinsei: I'm not sure if this has been asked before but if I built a city near an inactive new player, would the number of buildings that can be built in that city be reduced?
06:53:09 Oct 14th 12 - squirrel* (Mr. Lightsquirrel):* the first city might limit the second city. But the first city will be the same size.
07:09:12 Oct 14th 12 - Mr. Shinsei: Ah I should have been clearer... I meant if the new yet inactive player had no city (Darn that 50% rule). If I built near their people, would my city size be restricted?
