11:45:53 Jul 28th 13 - Mr. Pazuzu: For every additional colony you create the cost of starting a colony goes up. My question is that if you take over a city does that count towards another colony as far as cost to establish another one?
11:54:36 Jul 28th 13 - Dark Spawn* (Mr. Dark Blight):* Yes it does, always plan to settle cities first, then take over if you are able to. If you're at war and take a few cities, settling will be very expensive.

22:53:18 Jul 28th 13 - Zephyr* (Marquess Esmeralda):* Just when you are gonna create a new city (if you do) it will be very very expensive. Also the C/B, cost per building will rise.
