Clippers troops killed may have been higher quality.
Fot example killing 100 naz is more points than killing 100 gaia in the most fearsome.

(Battles won x certain number) + (cities taken x certain number) + troops killed.

Under that logic aisha if troops had the same value he should be above clipper?

Troop type/level matter, if you kill 100k swords you get bodies, but if you kill 25k Axemen you get bodies, and points.

I think cities muat be weighted more than anythibg.

As well as peasants. Even though peasants are not calculated in troop kill count.
Troop losses might also affect this.
