So, I paid for a bonus turn e.g. "Donated 0.8 Euros" (actually more than that). Its been over 24 hours, and I have no bonus turns. Can I get a refund/my bonus turn now please? | ||||

So I'm at work and can not talk to you on msn. I should have received a total of 1 bonus turn, and I'm notifying you NOW because it has been 24 hours and I never got it to USE it anyways. | ||||

I haven't bought bonus turns ever, but I did buy my title, and as I remember, it was through Pay-Pal. Write zeta with the situation, if that doesn't work, there is a feature on pay-pal to report non received items, it may take a couple days, but you WILL get your money back. | ||||
The turns are added manually, so it will take a few hours until you get them. | ||||
