Every time I try to restart my new character on Valhalla, it says I already have one there. But I don't.....
Is there a reason for this?

I had the same problem. I fixed it by unclicking the join a new kingdom option. It kept trying to put me in a KD in Zetamania, where I already was. Try either joining a KD in Valhalla first or spawning KD-less
