My brother (Braveheart) and I were always able to play the game on 2 different accounts on 2 different computers. But now he suddenly got a message telling him he was temporarily banned because of possible multi-accounts. First of all I'd like to ask you not to ban him, we ARE two different people. Second: why does he suddenly get this message? We always played at the same time, yet now he has become a possible multi-account suspect? | ||||
It's because admin normally is too lazy to do anything about multis. Every now and then he will ban a random or two, thinking himself done. Personnally I think it should be all or nothing, way to many people multi nowadays. | ||||

I agree that all multies should be banned. But he can check our records of places we logged in and times we logged in to see we are indeed different persons. | ||||

Most likely because you are now in the same realm. | ||||
Owww! Thats one of the downsides to connected worlds! Familymembers should always stay on different realms and that used to be easy enough, but now its quite easy to come together actually :S | ||||
its ,ot easy to check for multies... i have got 7 sisters and 4 brothers xD | ||||
meaning you have 11 accounts? major multi. hahaha. i did try to multi once but i was only able to log on m second account for 2 ticks every other day so i wasnt caught. this was at a school computer i didnt log on with this account. then i realized it took to much time and just gave up in general. then i started to loss intreast in the game now i dont play :)
just until walls come back and maps get bigger subtract the whole map = all 9 worlds. thats gey. then its fun again p") | ||||

There should be a way to be able to prove beforehand that you're two different people and thus prevent any sort of ban in the future. My partner and I started last era and he already got a warning and 1 hour ban this era, whilst i got nothing. Would suck to get a ban at the wrong time then have to spend several days trying to get it undone. | ||||
azaruc just dont ever play for each other or buy from each other on market and really see nothing wrong with brothers playing. But for the rest of the mults you guys need to get a life or play straight up like the rest of us!! | ||||

i kinda have the same problem me and my brother play, i told the Admin awhile ago when we first got banned but again... we both got banned for 64 days for have to many accounts | ||||

Assuming you both use a different computer, isn't it possible to both get a static IPadress but both a different one? If you are on the same internet connection then both pc's should get a different IP. They should be practically the same except for 1 or 2 numbers. | ||||
You're partially right. The internal IP-address (assigned by router and static) is indeed different. But the External IP-address (the one Zeta sees) is the same for all computers on the same internet connection. | ||||
