i just started a kingdom on Latha but im having troubles setting my banners. the picture is 120x100 pixels and is a JPEG but when i click it, the dam wizard appears and says ERROR 404

any reason for this??

1. Use a program like MsPaint, etc to create the banner. Save it as an JPEG/JPG image with height=100 and width=120 pixles.

2. Find out the address/name to your current banner:
Right click on your current banner > properties > (Address/URL)

Ex: http://visual-utopia.com/KDbanners/kingdom1234.jpg

3. Contact the admin. Give him your current banner name (kingdom####.jpg).

4. Wait for the admin to delete your current banner

5. Upload your new banner

Havok is having the same problem, and the above advice from admin has been tried, but it still won't work.
