20:11:43 Dec 30th 09 - Pirate Candybeard: How is it that when I have 1% to siege, on a city I have prepped on for 2 days (no full prep) and than I upgrade my mili sci, effectively making my army 10% stronger, the % to siege stays at 1%?! The guy didn't upgrade mili, and he didn't gain troops or buildings between the two checks.
20:55:09 Dec 30th 09 - Duke Random: because if you've got 2/20 ticks its like having 1/10th of your army strength. if you have 2,000 OP, thats like having 200 OP to attack with.... if you add 2% to that its like having 220 OP which really isn't much :) well thats about what I can guess from limited data. lol

00:38:37 Dec 31st 09 - Duke Random: well I was just assuming on the lack of information given... and early on the %ages are low, then mid prep the %ages increase at a more rapid rate, like the ratio table for %ages gives. then it slows down towards the top.... 0.33 0% 0.35 1% 0.43 1% 0.45 2% seee! its a whole .10 in OP/DP
