can anyone explain this??? I freed all slaves in the city and that made it go to zero, but why was it minus in the first place???

Because when you took over the city, the slaves were taken out of the city as "loot" the amount of slaves you had will have gone up by 794 (number above the clock). This happened to me yesterday however as I always keep slaves in a "safe" city I could see that my slave numbers had increased.
yeah i took a decently sized city and it had -45k slaves.. then i pulled em out (i had 0 above the clock) and it then said i had -45k above it.. eventually i fixed it by taking more cities lol.
If you have -45k | |||||||||||
If you free your negative slaves they them become a negative pezzie number. Then next tick it resets to zero and starts filling with pezzies like normal. At least thats what I did and it worked.
I simply got mad and burnt the city to the ground that gave me negative slaves...take that!
lol crude but effective
