can somone give me the requirements or a step by step to c what im doing wrong

there is a button above the text box called "Add Image". copy and paste the link to the image in the prompt that appears when you click on this button.

many people use "Insert Link" and if you do that it won't appear.

what do you mean by "upload"? you can't upload pictures - you can only link to pictures hosted on another website already. post the link if you're not sure..
