i have take over a city. it had really low moral. so it revolted. took it over again and it revolted again. now i have it yet again. but it has only 1% morale. is there something that can stop them form revolting again, other than casting happiness?
Well, you can train all of the peasants into troops for a few ticks. No pezz = no revolt
Admin explained the revolts recently, he said its:
This city has 134484 peasants who are working as hard as they can.
@bloodrayne so if i put my troops in the city the revolt should stop?
Nah, just train ALL peasants for a few ticks into any type of troop. As long as you have peasants in your town, there's always that risk, so merely putting a few troops into your town is risky and may end up costing you said troops.
No, it will still revolt and you'll loose your troops too, dont house the troops.
If you have magic in the area, try casting happiness on the city.
1) Read his post 2) Understand how happiness works 3) Note the morale he'd be starting from :P
If the city revolt you will lose the troops living in the city. But if you have an army in the city it will not lose troops if the city revolt. Armies in the city will also help against revolts. You will need 5+ troops (any level) /100 peasants to hinder a revolt.
While back when we asked Admin said its number vs number, never meantioned this 5 is enough to stop 100 :) good to know :)
